Why Do I Hate Everything

We don’t like this world. There is too much noise. Too much pain. Too much hypocrisy.

Everything looks fake. It seems there is no real value in anything, in anybody.

But why is it that we hate everything?

But-why-is-it-that-we-hate-everything

Why do we hate everything – Top 3 reasons;

1. We do not accept life AS IT IS

The world around you is not perfect. In fact, it is quite the opposite. It is worse than ever…or at least this is how it feels at this moment.

People might have hurt you in the past. They might have ditched you. They might have not been able to meet your expectations. You have lost trust in them.

Or maybe you are not satisfied with where you are, the kind of money you earn, your relationships, etc.

You don’t like what you see in your life…you know, the things around you are not fine. Not good enough.

And so, you don’t like it. You hate it.

2. We are afraid that we may not get what we want

There are so many things that worry us all the time. We are never satisfied. There are so many things that we want…

And it could be that you are afraid you are failing to get them all, and you hate that feeling.

3. We are broken from the inside

We don’t understand what life is. So, we never really accept it.

There is so much pain, deception, hypocrisy, meanness, etc., and we see that everywhere.

There is no justice in this world, no logic. It is all broken, and we hate it.

What can we do to stop this hatred?

Accept yourself and the world around you AS IT IS

There is nothing you can do to change the reality of what you are or the things around you.

All these things (including yourself) are the product of millions of years of evolution, so you can’t really alter this momentum through the use of thought.

Therefore, you have no choice but to accept them as they are. The judgements you may have, the self-talk, the wanting, the desire to control and improve, etc., are also there. So let all this flow in your mind, and do not interfere or worry about it.

Don’t get sad if the things around you are not as you would have liked them to be.

Being yourself and allowing others to be what they are is not such a bad idea. It will stop your internal fighting, which is happening all the time within yourself and around you.

2. Trust the process of evolution and heal yourself

Life is energy. It is a movement. Therefore, it changes all the time.

So, if something is not functioning as you would have liked, know that it will change in its own time.

Everything in the universe takes time to evolve. So, there is no need to hate it. It will get better when it is time.

You see, you cannot challenge the process of life, the process of evolution. It has its own movement, its own intelligence, it seems, and we can’t really contemplate what it is.

So, the only way forward is to trust it. When you trust it, there is less resistance, which means less pain and hatred.

When you allow life to function and take its own course, it will soon start to lift the burden off your shoulders, and you will start to heal. You will heal and experience life as you have never done before.

Soon, the hatred will turn to bliss and magic.

3. Know what you want

If you hate something or everything, it means you want to change it for the better. You are not satisfied with it.

But thinking about it vaguely will not help the cause here. You must know precisely how you want things to be. Once you know what you want, you will realise the means to get them.

Once there is clarity, there will be less confusion, and you won’t feel that bad.

You will feel more comfortable, and you will certainly not hate everything. In fact, you will start loving it and it will improve all your day-to-day functioning in life.
